As we progress, practice being a lot more present.

I know some things in the past always come back once in a while. I also know that the future is exciting and it is one place you always escape to when you are want to “run away” but you to WATCH IT- Be in the moment. “Be where your feet are.”

As a way to practice, always ask yourself ‘what should I be doing IN THIS MOMENT to live my best life?
