Keep things tidy

Create a home for everything and develop the disciple of putting things where they belong. Find a way of making a home for everything. That way, cleaning doesn’t take so long.

Stay Hydrated

Drink more water as it is good for your body. To know how much water you can take on an average, you can take your weight, divide it by 2 to get the number of ounces of water you need on average. You can even get a water bottle with you so have water everywhere you need it.

Depressed and hopeless

Stop listening to your inner amygdala

Your amygdala is a tiny piece in your brain that always tries to keep you safe all the time. It is best described as your worry button. It is not healthy when we allow fear to dictate our decisions. A lot of change happens when we are courageous and uncomfortable. Uncomfortable situations help us grow. There are two kinds of people: people who think and think about doing something and there are people who actually do something. You can think all you want and not actually get anything done. Step out of your comfort zone and be courageous.

Fear

Build Mental Toughness

Other people’s opinion about you is none of your business. They can have their opinion but it not yours to carry. In 2020, remember that not everything has to be taken personally.

Be a Good Listener

Listen for the sake of listening. Most people listen just to respond but it is important to listen to people as they will appreciate being heard.
